Location
South Allington House is a grade 2 listed Georgian manor house set in four acres of beautiful grounds, within a secluded valley in the heart of Devon.
Type of Room
Bed & Breakfast: Nine rooms are available in the house five en-suites, two four poster beds with ensuite, and two with private facilities). All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour television and hairdryer. A clothes iron and shoe cleaning materials are available on request. There is also a visitors television lounge and pay phone for your convenience.
Self Catering: The Coachman’s Lodge, which is tastefully modernised to a high standard, sleeps six in three bedrooms – a double room with en-suite shower room, one room with twin beds and one with bunk beds.
The Coach House, which is finished to the same high standard, sleeps seven in two En-suite bedrooms.
The Laurels is the east Wing of South Allington and has been designed and furnished to sleep four people whilst giving home comforts in relaxing surroundings.
In all properties the kitchen and dining room are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, and the lounge contains a colour television and video.
Directions
Turn off the A38 for Buckfastleigh, Totnes and Kinsbridge, and follow signs to Kingsbridge. In Kingsbridge take the A379 main Dartmouth road.
Having passed through Frogmore turn right over the bridge signposted East Prawle.
Follow signs for East Prawle as far as Chivelstone Cross, turn left and we are ½ mile on the right.
